As an institute of higher education, the teaching force is always regarded as the treasure of the University. Therefore, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics has adopted many policies to attract talented teachers and researchers to join the YUFE family. It also provides them a stage and the academic flexibility to carry out their teaching and research tasks. Now, there are 1341 teaching and administrative staffs. Among them, there are 102 professors, 246 associate Professors, 70 PhDs and 71 PhD Candidates. With outstanding academic achievement, some of the scholars in YUFE have not only won grants from national and provincial government, but also been appointed as academics leaders in their research fields at national level or provincial level. ?
