海外学院关于开展“公开大接访”活动的通知
为深入开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育,持续深化开门教育,进一步畅通沟通联络渠道,广泛听取全院师生意见建议,精准回应师生诉求,推动解决师生急难愁盼问题。海外学院定于2026年7月2日开展“公开大接访”活动,具体通知如下:
一、接待时间
2026年7月2日(星期四)下午 15:00—17:30
二、接访地点
景贤楼303
三、接待对象
全院师生员工
四、接访内容
涉及海外学院工作的政策咨询、意见建议;对学院践行作风革命效能革命的反映;其他与学院工作相关的合理诉求等。

六、接访方式
采取面对面现场接访方式,现场倾听师生诉求、解答政策咨询、记录问题线索、收集意见建议。对简单事项当场答复、当场协调解决;对较为复杂、需多部门协同推进的事项,统一登记造册、建立工作台账,逐项跟踪督办、闭环落实并及时反馈办理结果。
欢迎广大师生积极反映问题、提出建议。海外学院将认真听取意见,依法依规做好服务。

Notice of the School of Overseas Education on Launching the "Open Public Reception" Activity
To further carry out the study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, continuously deepen open-door education, further unblock communication channels, extensively solicit opinions and suggestions from all faculty, staff and students of the school, accurately respond to their demands, and promote the resolution of their pressing difficulties and concerns, the School of Overseas Education will launch the "Open Public Reception" activity on July 2, 2026. The specific arrangements are notified as follows:
I. Reception Time
15:00–17:30, Thursday, July 2, 2026
II. Reception Venue
Room 303, Jingxian Building
III. Target Participants
All faculty, staff and students of the school
IV. Reception Scope
· Policy consultation, opinions and suggestions concerning the work of the School of Overseas Education
· Feedback on the school’s implementation of the work style revolution and efficiency revolution
· Other reasonable demands related to the school’s work
V. Reception Personnel

VI. Reception Arrangement
The reception will be conducted face-to-face on site. We will listen to the demands of teachers and students, answer policy inquiries, record problem clues, and collect opinions and suggestions on the spot。
For simple matters, on-site replies and coordinated solutions will be provided immediately. For complex matters requiring cross-departmental collaboration, they will be uniformly registered and documented in a dedicated work ledger, followed up and supervised item by item, implemented in a closed-loop manner, with handling results fed back in a timely manner。
All teachers and students are welcome to report problems and put forward suggestions actively. The School of Overseas Education will earnestly listen to all opinions and deliver services in strict accordance with laws and regulations。
