Bangkok Business School Faculty and Student Delegation Returns to YUFE for Exchange and Observation

From March 9th to March 15th, the faculty and student delegation from the Bangkok Business School of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (YUFE) returned to the university for a week-long exchange and observation activity.

During the period, the delegation visited Dounan Flower Market, the largest cut flower trading market in Asia, to understand the scale of Yunnan’s flower industry and experience Yunnan’s intangible cultural heritage skill of “incorporating flowers into cuisine”; they explored Yunnan’s leading dairy enterprise, Xuelan Milk Factory, to understand the industrial chain from plateau pasture to intelligent processing, as well as the application of technology in Yunnan’s modern agriculture; they visited Guandu Ancient Town to appreciate traditional architecture and ethnic customs, and experience the unique charm of the integration of Yunnan’s diverse ethnic cultures; they visited the Yunnan Provincial Museum to perceive Yunnan’s historical context and diverse cultures; they took the high-speed rail to the Stone Forest Scenic Area, a World Natural Heritage site, to experience the convenience and efficiency of China’s high-speed rail, and truly experience the Yunnan characteristics of the coexistence of nature and humanity.

The delegation also visited the campus and held a symposium with faculty and students at the university. The faculty and students of Bangkok Business School expressed their appreciation for the achievements of the university in international education and expressed their willingness to further strengthen in-depth cooperation with the university in academic fields.
