On the afternoon of March 13th, the signing ceremony for the joint postdoctoral training program between Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yunnan Trust”) and Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (YUFE) was held in the Xingyuan Building conference room. The two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation around financial talent training and industry-university-research collaborative innovation.

Yu Nutao, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of YUFE, congratulated both parties on their cooperation and expressed his expectation that this cooperation would further promote the integration of industry, university, and research between the university and enterprises. Shu Guang, President of Yunnan Trust, stated that the company will fully support the training of postdoctoral fellows and hopes to cultivate more high-level financial talents through close cooperation between the two parties.

Shu Guang and Zhou Wei, Dean of the School of Finance, signed the postdoctoral joint training agreement on behalf of their respective parties. The signing of the agreement marks the beginning of in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the selection, training, and management of postdoctoral researchers. They will jointly develop training programs, provide research resources and guidance, and ensure that postdoctoral researchers receive comprehensive improvement in research capabilities and professional qualities.

The signing ceremony for the Yunnan Trust off-campus practical teaching base was also held at the same time. The responsible persons of both parties jointly issued letters of appointment to the engaged mentors. The establishment of the base will provide more practical opportunities for teachers and students of YUFE.

Jiang Tao, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Yunnan Trust, Ni Yun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhang Hongtao, Vice President and Secretary of the Board, Li Zheng, Vice President and Head of Compliance, as well as relevant persons in charge of the University’s Human Resources Office, Graduate School, School of Finance, and Economic Research Institute attended the meeting. The signing ceremony was hosted by Li Jiangcheng, Deputy Dean of the School of Finance.
