YUFE Holds Volunteer Service Meeting for China International College Students' Innovation Competition (2025) Yunnan Division

To comprehensively ensure the smooth hosting of the China International College Students' "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (2025) Yunnan Division with high-quality volunteer services, the university held a special meeting on volunteer services for the competition's Yunnan Division at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics on the afternoon of June 26th. Shi Zhongjun, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee and Executive Deputy Head of the Competition Preparation Leading Group, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

Shi Zhongjun affirmed the solid and effective work of various units and schools, expressed gratitude to the teachers and student volunteers who actively participated in this volunteer service, and put forward four requirements for doing a good job in the volunteer service for this competition: First, closely adhere to the overall development and clarify the important significance of the competition; second, strengthen overall coordination and linkage to build a cohesive volunteer support force; third, consolidate the responsibilities of the schools to ensure the smooth implementation of volunteer work; fourth, focus on service details to showcase the volunteer spirit of YUFE.

At the meeting, the General Office, Human Resources Office, and University Youth League Committee respectively reported on the relevant preparations for the competition and the recruitment and training of teachers and student volunteers. The Competition Preparation Leading Group reported on the volunteer service plan and the visual design plan for volunteer services. Yu Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of International Languages and Cultures, He Xinyue, a core teacher volunteer, and Cheng Yang, a core student volunteer, made exchange speeches.

It is reported that to ensure the high-quality implementation of the competition, the university will select and dispatch a team of over 700 teachers and student volunteers to serve the event. They will provide the highest standards, optimal services, and greatest enthusiasm to experts from across the country and teams from the entire province in aspects such as competition services, conference services, concurrent activities, and logistics support.


Relevant persons in charge from the University General Office, Human Resources Office, Functional Departments Party Committee, University Youth League Committee, deputy secretaries of the Party Committees of all schools, secretaries of the Youth League Committees, core teacher volunteers, core student volunteers, and relevant personnel from the Competition Preparation Leading Group Office attended the meeting.
