On June 21st, Yunnan Broadcasting Television (YNBTV) launched its new International Communication Plan at the Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center. As part of the event, YNBTV signed an "International Youth Communicator" talent cultivation agreement with Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (YUFE), Yunnan University, Yunnan Normal University, Kunming University of Science and Technology, and Yunnan Minzu University to advance international communication training and cooperation.

The "Lancang-Mekong Youth Communicator Initiative" was also announced at the launch.

YNBTV's international communication strategy includes a range of key projects, such as the "Lancang-Mekong Youth Talk" dialogue program, the "Harmonious Lancang-Mekong" documentary series, the short film "Victory 1945: Memories of Nanyang Volunteers on the Red Land," "Friendship Across Time and Space: A Visit to Zheng He's Hometown," and "Stories of 'He' (Harmony)." Other initiatives include the Lancang-Mekong Audiovisual "Youbo" (Premium Broadcasting) and "Youjia" (Premium Content) plans, the 4th "Gen Z" Lancang-Mekong Short Video XIU, a "Come to Yunnan for Festivals" campaign, and an influencer incubation program.

Through these diverse media formats, YNBTV aims to strengthen cultural exchange and cooperation with South and Southeast Asian countries, amplify China's voice, and effectively share China's stories.
