On December 12, a delegation led by Research Fellow Zhang Bin, Deputy Director of the Institute of World Economics and Politics (IWEP) at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Editor-in-Chief of the journal World Economy, visited our university for an exchange. Wang Min, President of the university, attended the symposium, which was presided over by Vice President Li Zhengbiao.

Wang Min welcomed Research Fellow Zhang Bin and his delegation, providing an overview of the university's recent progress in discipline construction, scientific research, and journal development. He expressed his hope that both sides would further deepen their exchange and cooperation, looking forward to the guidance and support of the IWEP to continuously enhance the quality of economic and management discipline construction and the academic influence of the university's journals.

Zhang Bin introduced the general situation of the Institute and offered suggestions regarding the construction of economic and management disciplines at our university, as well as strategies to improve the impact factors of the university's three major journals. He expressed hope that both sides would strengthen cooperation in the future to jointly promote research and development in related fields.

Heads of the School of Public Finance and Management, the School of Economics (Institute of Finance), the School of Finance, the Journal Center, and the Division of Science & Technology Administration attended the symposium.
