In order to actively respond to Yunnan Province’s 2025 “Group-style” Doctoral Recruitment and the “Yunnan Talent Week” and “Gathering Talents Widely and Co-creating the Yunnan Peak” high-level talent introduction activities, to accurately connect with high-quality talent resources in Beijing and Shanghai universities, and to thoroughly implement the strategy of strengthening the university through talent, from March 11th to 16th, the university organized two recruitment teams to conduct talent introduction activities at 6 universities in Beijing and Shanghai.
The university’s talent recruitment team visited Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Tongji University, Fudan University, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University to participate in high-level talent introduction activities. They provided detailed introductions to the university’s disciplines and majors, talent policies, and patiently answered questions. They also distributed more than 600 promotional brochures.


At the event, the university attracted many students with its distinct characteristics and advantages, with more than 300 doctoral candidates coming to inquire, 46 doctoral candidates submitting resumes and reaching preliminary intentions, and 59 postdoctoral candidates signing applicant registration forms and establishing communication links with relevant schools.
Next, the university will further sort out the achievements of the previous work, and distribute them to the relevant schools in a timely manner according to the principle of professional relevance, guide them to do point-to-point follow-up and talent recruitment docking work, and ensure that the initial talent recruitment work is implemented.
