With the theme of “Building a Dream of Youth with Ambition in All Directions, Planning and Launching Careers Guiding the Future,” this competition is divided into two tracks: Growth and Employment. It aims to guide college students to establish a scientific career planning concept and enhance their employment competitiveness. Since the launch of the school competition in October 2024, the school has attached great importance to it, carefully organized it, and widely publicized and mobilized it, organizing more than 6,000 students from the whole school to participate in the competition.

In recent years, the university has always regarded career planning education as a key measure to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Taking experiential whole-process career planning education as the top-level design, it has constructed a unique school-based career planning education model. On the one hand, it offers compulsory courses on college student career planning and employment guidance, and invites industry experts to the school to hold a series of lectures such as “YUFE Career Talks” and “Career Guidance,” to help students accurately grasp career development trends. On the other hand, it deepens school-enterprise cooperation, organizes students to go to enterprises for internships and practical training, and promotes the smooth transition of career planning education from theory to practice. In addition, the school has held Career Experience Week activities for many consecutive years, attracting more than 40,000 participants, using an interactive model that combines practice and knowledge learning, inspiring students’ self-awareness through personal experience, encouraging students to clarify their career goals, plan their life paths, and practice their growth plans.
Next, the school will continue to deepen the construction of the career education system, and ensure that career planning education runs through the entire process of talent training through multi-dimensional measures such as curriculum optimization, practice expansion, and school-enterprise linkage. At the same time, it will further strengthen the demonstrative leading function of the competition, guide students to closely combine their personal ideals with the needs of national development, enhance their career development capabilities, and inject new vitality into economic and social development and higher-quality employment.
